When reality show “Satyamev Jayate” hit small screen last Sunday (6th May, 2012) for the first time, people across the country stick to their television boxes hoping to see some reality in a reality show. More than the show, there were expectations from reality show man “Aamir Khan”. At the same time, even Aamir Khan was worried about catering the best to Television audience in his reality show. Pertaining to that, he picked a reality subject that appeals all kinds of people across the country.
In fact, “Satyamev Jayate was the much hyped television show in the recent past and with its famous words, “Jab dil pe lagti he, tabhi baat banti he”, there were many speculations about the content of the show. However, famous for his well researched and nicely present content, Aamir chose to board in subject matter experts related to the topic during the show. The move actually gave strong support to the show taking it one step ahead in the category of excellence. As Aamir has always managed, once again he managed to pull out the tears from half of the audience and also did not stop few from his own eyes.
It seems that going ahead, Satyameve Jayate will pick up one bitter issue of India in each episode and will show it’s in depth reality. Satyamev Jayate is not just a chat show like what Oprah Winfrey does but its Aamir Khan’s original creation. It requires lot of appreciation to entire Aamir Khan Production team to bring out something special which heats majority part of the country.
