It is already the 26th of January; the New Year is already going so fast.  Today we celebrate two great events. One Australia Day and the second, India’s Republic day. 

It is on Australia Day all people come together as a nation to remember what is great about Australia and being Australian. This day marks the anniversary of the arrival of the First Fleet of 11 convict ships along with the raising of the Union Jack at Sydney Cove.
 
On the other hand, this is the day when India commemorates the date on which the Constitution of India came into force. A major step for our country and a day where the whole country comes together in patriotism. It is celebrated with a grand parade being held in Delhi and variety of other events.
