One the cover Anushka unveils the quintessence of top model in black outfit presents her wild side photographed by Bharat Sikka. Gorgeous quite gothic styling depicts stylish mink jacket with Mongolian fur collar, Dolce & Gabban woolen waistcoat and black shorts. The whole look is accentuated with wristlets in gold, silver and rhodium. The cover is also accompanied with the beautiful black and white editorial where Anushka poses in black outfits.
The photoshoot reveals her glamour gothic image that plays an accord with her personality. Quite misleading image of girl-next-door that Anushka is regarded to represent is abolished completely with this Vogue opening. Anushka has also the chance to share her real personality reflecting on her upbringing years and a step forward into the big world of Bolywood by saying: “Life is structured in a way to bring you to a particular point”. She also has the chance to speak up about the rumors of anorexia on the pages of the magazine: “I have naturally lean, tall body. It bothers me when people say that I have anorexia”
As the next rising star in the movie industry Anushka always admitted that her goal was on modeling carrier. She begun her actress career debuting as Taani in the movie entitled: “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi” that opened her doors to success. The role of Taani was warmly welcomed by critics as well as her second part in “Badmaash Company”. She completed her three-movie contract with Yash Raj Films in 2010 starring in a romantic comedy “Band Baaja Baarat”.
